Citizens for Responsible Progress is an organization comprised of citizens in St. Louis County impacted by the eventual placement of new stretches of Highway 141. While we optimistically support growth and economic development in St. Louis County, we are deeply concerned with the actual placement and size of the highway and its impact on the environment and residents.
